Captain Al Highsmith is a USCG, licensed and insured, captain. Al grew up in eastern North Carolina, and has been fishing and diving NC waters for 25 years. He is an avid diver, so if he is not running charters, chances are he is out diving himself. Therefore, he knows the ocean conditions top and bottom so he can pass that information on to you. That way you know what to expect so you can have a fun and safe dive.
